Pricing

One fee a term, sized to your school. Paid the same way you already collect fees.

Skrunt is priced per enrollment band, billed once a term.

How billing works

Three things worth knowing before you look at the table.

Band, not headcount

Your fee is set by a range

Your termly fee is set the moment you upload your roster, based on which enrollment band you fall into, not the exact number of students. A school with 210 students and one with 295 pay the same fee.

Locked for the term

Mid-term changes don't change your fee

Students transfer in and out of schools all the time. Your band is set at the start of the term and stays fixed until the next one, even if a handful of students leave or join along the way.

Grace period

You don't have to pay on day one

School fees trickle in over the first few weeks of term, not all at once. You get a 3-week grace period from the start of term to settle the invoice, so you're not paying us before you've collected from parents.

Enrollment bands

Find your school's size below.

Every band is priced around ₦800 per student at its midpoint, so no school pays far more or less than its actual size warrants. Fees could be added to termly fees.

Band Students Termly fee
Band 1 1 – 50 ₦20,000
Band 2 51 – 100 ₦60,000
Band 3 101 – 150 ₦100,000
Band 4 151 – 200 ₦140,000
Band 5 201 – 300 ₦200,000
Band 6 301 – 400 ₦280,000
Band 7 401 – 500 ₦360,000
Band 8 501 – 750 ₦500,000
Band 9 751 – 1,000 ₦700,000
Band 10 1,001+ Custom quote
Band is determined by your uploaded roster, not an estimate. A small buffer above your band ceiling is allowed for new admissions before you'd need to move up a band.
What the fee covers

Not just software access. Diagnosis, for every student.

Per-student diagnosis

Every score entered for every student, on every assessment, runs through the analysis that turns a raw number into a specific topic-level insight. That analysis is the core of what Skrunt does, and it runs continuously as new scores come in, not just once a term.

Roster and access infrastructure

Secure, invite-only logins for every teacher and parent in your school, scoped so each person only ever sees the students they're actually responsible for.

Data capture, your way

Teachers can enter scores by typing them in, uploading a spreadsheet, or photographing an existing mark sheet. All three are read into the same system behind the scenes.

Support through the term

Help getting your roster and first set of scores in, and support if anything looks wrong along the way. During the 6–8 week pilot, this is hands-on and founder-led.

Questions

A few things schools tend to ask.

Do parents pay us directly?
No. The school pays Skrunt termly, the same way it pays for any other service. Most schools fold the cost into termly fees, the same way exam or ICT fees are already handled.
What if students leave or join mid-term?
Your band is fixed for the term based on your roster at the start of it. Normal churn, students leaving or transferring in, doesn't change your fee until the next term's roster is uploaded.
What if our enrollment grows past our band?
A small buffer above your band ceiling is allowed for new admissions during the term. If growth is sustained, you'd move up a band starting the following term.
Is the pilot free?
Yes. You get full access for 6–8 weeks at no cost so teachers can run the weekly rhythm and you can see topic-level flags with real scores. Schools that continue get their first full term at 50% off their enrolment band. After that, standard term pricing applies.
What happens after the free pilot?
If you continue, your first full term is billed at 50% of the band that matches your roster. From the second paid term onward, you pay the standard termly fee for your band. No surprise jump from “free” to full price in one step.

Still piloting with a small number of schools.

Full access for 6–8 weeks at no cost. Schools that continue get the first term at 50% off — then standard band pricing.
